The host mentioned it will take about an hour wait for a table. Therefore, we ordered to go and the line moves fast. After ordering, we received our pastries immediately, then drinks, and lastly our breakfast dishes within 20 minutes. We ordered with our eyes, but everything turned out great. I paired my poached egg croissant with cafe de olla. Panderia Rosetta's guava roll is much bigger and guava filling is more tart than Porto's guava roll. Also, thank you to the kind and patience cashier. She gave us time to look through their large menu and decide.

Very good. Ambiance is buzzy and service is great. It is ALWAYS busy. I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table this morning around 10. It's mostly outdoor seating with some bar seats and then the main patisserie which is takeout only. The menu is primarily baked goods and cafe items but they do have a full breakfast/brunch menu as well including egg dishes, sandwiches, etc. I ordered the turkey, pesto, and goat cheese ($180) and a latte with almond milk ($80). It came out fairly quickly and was accompanied by a small but tasty side salad. The sandwich was large and filling and the bread was clearly made fresh in house. My latte was excellent. While I didn't have any pastries this time I've had them before and to be honest I've been a little underwhelmed; the guayaba roll and conchas are tasty but the tiramisu was meh and very overpriced. They accept payment via card. Overall a cute place - I would return.

Cannot wait to make my way back to Panaderia Rosetta in a couple weeks after my first visit not too long ago. So glad I had the popular bakery on my CDMX itinerary because despite the crowds, 'twas so worth it! We got into the to-go bakery queue and waited only about 10 mins to order at the counter. (As a FYI - there are 2 queues - one to "dine-in" and one for "to-go" orders.) Spent the next 15 mins people watching, taking in the greenery, admiring the open bakery shelves, and drooling over peoples pastries. My name was called when our to go order was ready, and was handed two large brown paper bags with all our items ever so neatly packed inside. They had me just with the packaging. From there, walked to a local park right around the corner to indulge in the newly acquired goodies. Their infamous guava cheese roll is SO worth the hype. The jammy eggs were the right kind of jammy if ya know what I mean. The oatmeal was exactly the type of calming and satiating food I needed in that moment. We also had a couple additional pastries that hit the spot. The matcha latte was a win too. They were consistently busy yet the staff was friendly and helpful. They are definitely a well oiled machine. Can't wait to go back soon!

I saw this place all over TikTok and I UNDERSTAND THE HYPE! First off - there seems to be two lines - one for the bakery, and one to be seated at the restaurant. We were deterred by the long line at first, but then realized it was only a ~30 min wait on a weekday to get seated. They let us remain in the pastry line while we waited, so we were able to get some of their famous pastries before being seated. Everything that I tried was top notch! Their brunch can not be missed - the flavors were so unique and delicious, I especially loved the corn pancake and the quiche. The patio outside is so lovely and the area is super lively.
